The Cotopaxi National Park is the second most visited destination in Ecuador after Galapos, its proximity to the city of Quito makes it a destination to visit and carry out various activities such as: mountaineering, hiking, trekking, 1-day visits, horseback riding, and bicycle of Mountain. The main attraction is the Cotopaxi Volcano, the second-highest mountain in Ecuador and the largest active volcano in the world.
This national park is located in 3 provinces: Pichincha, Cotopaxi, and Napo. It has 33,393 hectares and has various microclimates as well as flora and fauna, without a doubt a destination that you cannot miss.
